05:39 EDTCTIC, HTGCCell Therapeutics secures $15M loan financing agreement with Hercules Technology
Cell Therapeutics (CTIC) announced it has entered into a loan agreement with Hercules Technology Growth Capital (HTGC) providing for a senior secured term loan of up to $15M. The first $10M of the term loan was funded at closing, and the remaining $5M is available at CTI's option at any time from November 30 through December 15, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions.
