According to people familiar with the matter, Apollo had outbid other buyout firms and Sirius Computer Solutions in the auction for the information technology consulting company. The business owns and operates more than 200 residential properties, consisting of over 10,000 units primarily in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka.
