News Breaks | | | | February 21, 2013 | | 18:29 EDT |  | COOL, NTDOY | Majesco, Nintendo extend agreement on Wii console to Feb. 20 2016 On February 15, Majesco Entertainment (COOL) company entered into the Second Amendment with Nintendo (NTDOY) of America, to the Confidential License Agreement for the Wii Console (Western Hemisphere), effective February 21, 2007, by and between Nintendo and the Company. The Second Amendment is effective on February 20 and was entered into to extend the term of the Agreement to February 20, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement, as previously disclosed, remain in full force and effect. | |
