Compass Minerals disclosed in a regulatory filing that its Board of Directors appointed Richard Grant, currently the Lead Independent Director on the board, to serve as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective December 29, until a permanent CEO commences employment. As previously disclosed, Angelo Brisimitzakis, the CEO of Compass Minerals, retired from the company and the company's board of directors effective December 28. | |
