Comcast’s (CMCSA) plans to divest 3.9M subscribers in a series of deals with Charter Communications (CHTR) are not likely to change the odds that regulators approve its planned purchase of Time Warner Cable (TWC), say people familiar with the matter, according to Financial Times.
