07:25 EDTCMCMCheetah Mobile and Tencent expand cooperation agreement
Cheetah Mobile has entered into a supplemental agreement with Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems, a subsidiary of Tencent Holdings, which increases the annual caps for fees payable by Tencent and its subsidiaries and their respective associates to Cheetah. Cheetah and Tencent Shenzhen entered into a Strategic Cooperation Agreement on December 27, 2013. The original annual caps of the fees payable by Tencent and its subsidiaries to Cheetah for the two years ending December 31, 2015 were RMB22M and RMB33M, respectively. Under the new supplemental agreement, the annual caps have been increased to RMB100M and RMB105M, respectively.

Oppenheimer raised its price target on Cheetah after the company reported stronger than expected Q1 results, and it announced its strategic goal to be among the top three global mobile ad platforms. The firm notes that the company's mobile revenue soared sixfold year-over-year in Q1, and the firm thinks the company's Q2 revenue growth guidance of 106%-109% looks conservative. Oppenheimer keeps an Outperform rating on the shares.
