Colgate-Palmolive increases quarterly dividend 6% to 36c per share Reflecting the companyís positive outlook, the board of Colgate-Palmolive Company increased the ongoing quarterly common stock cash dividend by 6%. The increase will be effective as of Q2. The new rate of 36c per share is up from 34c. The board declared that the Q2 dividend is to be paid on May 15 to shareholders of record as of April 22. On an annualized basis, the new dividend rate is $1.44 vs. $1.36 per share previously.
