The Board of Directors of CLARCOR resolved to increase the company’s regular quarterly dividend by 12.5%, from 12c per share of common stock to 13.5c per share of common stock. This continues the company’s consecutive streak of increasing dividends every year since 1983. The Board resolved to pay the new 13.5c per share dividend on Oct. 19 to shareholders of record on Oct. 8. |
