Piper Jaffray believes National CineMedia's (NCMI) acquisition of Screenvision unlocks the "hidden value" of the 19% Screenvision stake owned by Carmike Cinemas (CKEC) worth an estimated $71M or $3 per share. In addition, Piper thinks the combined company will contribute to greater profitability to Carmike. It keeps an Overweight rating on the stock with a $35 price target.
