News Breaks December 19, 2012 08:33 EDT CIT CIT Group is lead arranger in $125M financing to A J Walter Aviation CIT Group arranged and syndicated a $125M senior secured credit facility to UK-based A J Walter Aviation, a global aircraft spares specialist. CIT Aerospace & Defense Finance acted as Administrative Agent for the transaction. The deal was structured and facilitated by CIT Capital Securities LLC, as Lead Arranger, and the financing was provided by CIT Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of CIT.
