Chico's FAS says Q4 sales to date up 8%, Q4 SSS to date up 3% Says Q4 sales through fourth week running up about 3% on comparable sales basis, with total quarter to date sales up approximately 8%. Says Hurricane Sandy impacted start of Q4, particularly in Northeast, and if Q4 to date sales excluded over 260 stores closed at some point due to Sandy than comparable sales increases for remainder of stores would be in mid to high single digits. Comments made earlier on Q3 earnings conference call.
