In a regulatory filing China GengSheng Minerals said that on January 8 Ningfang Liang tendered his resignation as CFO of China GengSheng Minerals for personal reasons. On January 11 the board of directors of the company resolved to accept Liang’s resignation, effective as of January 8 and appointed Shuxian Li as interim CFO, effective January 11. | |
