The dividend is to be paid on January 16, 2013 to holders of record as of December 28. It is estimated that the $20c per share to be paid on January 16, 2013 will be taxable as ordinary income. It is taxable in 2012 and accordingly, will be included on the 2012 tax notice provided to stockholders in early 2013. This one-time dividend consists of additional qualified income earned since October 31. | |
