Cellcom Israel announced that Discount Investment Corporation, the company's controlling shareholder, has informed the company that it sold in Israel to Israeli investors approximately 1.69M shares of the company, constituting approximately 1.7% of the company's issued share capital, for a total consideration of approximately NIS 46M in cash. Following the sale, DIC holds approximately 41.9% of the company's issued share capital. | |
