Cross Country Healthcare announced that it will delay its earnings release and conference call for Q4 and FY12, which had previously been scheduled for March 6 and March 7, respectively. The company stated that the delay is due principally to the additional time required to properly account for the recent sale of its Clinical Trial Services business, which has been reclassified as discontinued operations. The company will issue a subsequent announcement regarding the new date and time of its earnings release and conference call within the next week. In addition, the company does not expect a delay in the filing of its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2012. | |
