On April 30, Crown Castle International's (CCI) President and CEO W. Benjamin Moreland sold 100,000 shares for $5.655M, or an average of $56.55 each. This is his first straightforward sale of the wireless-tower company's stock since November 2005 when he sold 25,000 shares. Moreland directly owns a stake of less than 1%. Reference Link | |
