10:42 EDTWOPEY, CBI, RDS.AWoodside seen changing course on Browse LNG project, Australian says
Woodside Petroleum (WOPEY) is expected to confirm it will change course on the $45B Browse LNG project and consider the floating platform option preferred by partner Shell (RDS.A), though the market speculation has been denied by West Australian Premier Colin Barnett, according to The Australian. Weakness in shares of Chicago Bridge & Iron (CBI) has been attributed to the speculation on Woodside's plans, as CB&I has previously announced awards for contracts from Woodside for work on its onshore gas plants in Australia. Shares of CB&I are down over 5% to $55.95 in morning trading. Reference Link
