Eight Japanese manufacturers - including Canon (CAJ), Nikon (NINOY), Nissan (NSANY), Panasonic (PC) and Toyota (TM) - yesterday agreed to provide $145M to bail out Japanese chip maker Renasas, The New York Times reported yesterday.
