CAE announced that it has signed contracts for civil aviation training solutions including seven full-flight simulators, or FFSs, a series of training devices as well as simulator update services to customers in North America, Asia, the Middle East and Eurasia. The contracts are worth a total of approximately C$120M at list prices. List prices include the value of OEM aircraft-specific data, parts and equipment, or DP&E, normally procured by CAE in the manufacture of its simulators. In the case of these contracts, some customers are providing part of the OEM content. These sales bring to eleven the sales announced by CAE in 1Q15, which started April 1.

CAE announced a series of training solutions contracts valued at a total of more than C$140M at list prices. They include long-term training services contracts with low-cost airline Viva Columbia which will be training at a new CAE training centre in Columbia, a training contract expansion with Mesa Airlines, as well as five full-flight simulators. CAE concludes its fiscal year 2015, which ended on March 31, with a total of 41 FFSs sold. The latest FFS sales include: One Airbus A350 FFS to China Airlines; Two Boeing 737-800 FFSs to Southwest Airlines; One FFS and training devices for a regional jet sold to an undisclosed customer in Asia; One Boeing 737-900ER FFS to an undisclosed airline in North America. List prices include the value of OEM aircraft-specific data, parts and equipment (DP&E), normally procured by CAE in the manufacture of its simulators. In the case of these contracts, some customers are providing part of the OEM content.

CAE (CAE) announced that is has won approximately C$220M worth of Defence and Security contracts during its fourth quarter to provide simulation products and upgrades as well as training services for global military customers. Some of the key contracts include providing a C-130J simulator to the United States Air Force; a range of C-130J training systems and upgrades for the Royal Australian Air Force; simulator upgrades and training services for the Royal Air Force; M-346 simulators for the Italian Air Force; in-service support for the British Army's Warrior infantry fighting vehicle training systems; and support services for the NATO Joint Lynx helicopter simulator. Under subcontract from Lockheed Martin (LMT), CAE will design and manufacture a C-130J weapon systems trainer for the United States Air Force Air Mobility Command. CAE has been awarded a series of contracts from Australia's Defence Material Organisation and Lockheed Martin to upgrade and enhance elements of the C-130J training system at RAAF Base Richmond. The United Kingdom Ministry of Defence has awarded CAE several upgrade and modification contract amendments for simulator training services at CAE's Medium Support Helicopter Aircrew Training Facility. The United Kingdom Ministry of Defence has awarded CAE a four-year contract to provide logistics support and maintenance services on the British Army's suite of Warrior infantry fighting vehicle direct and indirect fire trainers. The NATO Support Agency has contracted CAE to provide maintenance and support services on the CAE-built Lynx full-mission flight trainer based at Naval Air Station Nordholz in Germany.
