CAE announced that it has won a series of contracts valued at approximately C$110M to provide a range of training systems and services for global defence customers. These include contracts to provide the T-6C ground-based training system and services for the Royal New Zealand Air Force, a contract to upgrade the visual systems on the German Air Force's Eurofighter simulators, a contract from Korea Aerospace Industries to provide the visual system for a T-50IQ full-mission simulator, and a contract to provide a KC-135 boom operator weapon systems trainer for an undisclosed international customer.

11:02 EDTCAECAE to acquire Bombardier's Military Aviation Training business for C$19.8M
CAE (CAE)and Bombardier (BDRBF) announced that they have signed an agreement for CAE's acquisition of Bombardier's Military Aviation Training business for approximately C$19.8M. The closing of the transaction is conditional on usual conditions and regulatory approvals, and if those are obtained closing is expected to occur during 2015.
