CAE awarded contracts by Chinese and Russian customers valued at over C$50M CAE announced that it has sold four Level D full-flight simulators, or FFS, two each to customers in China and Russia. The sales include the first two FFSs, associated training devices and the CAE Augmented Engineering Environment for the new C919 aircraft being developed by Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China. They also include two simulators, a Boeing 737NG and a Bombardier CRJ200, to Russian aviation equipment company NITA. In addition, CAE sold simulator update services to various customers. The contracts are valued at more than C$50 million at list prices and bring the total FFS sales that CAE has announced to date during FY13-FY23.
CAE awarded contracts valued at more than C$100M CAE announced that is has signed a series of civil aviation training solutions contracts worth more than C$100M with airlines and aircraft operators. These contracts include: the renewal of its training service outsourcing agreement with legacy carrier Iberia for ten more years; the renewal of long-term training services with Turkish Airlines; an ERJ170 training services agreement with Compass Airlines; the sale of a full-flight simulator to a customer in the United States; and the sale of a CAE Simfinity(TM)XR integrated procedure trainer to Aegean.
