Taking advantage of a loophole in European "skin in the game rules," Blackstone has set up an originator to make loans and repackage them as collateralized loan obligations, according to Reuters. The skin in the game for the loans, which are managed by Blackstone, will come mostly from public equity markets, the news service stated. Reference Link
