Blackstone (BX) is talking to technology companies about possibly joining the company's bid to take Dell (DELL) private, according to a Wall Street Journal report that cites people familiar with the matter. The report says that Blackstone has discussed a possible equity stake, debt financing, or a combination of both, with potential partners, the names of which could not be learned. Reference Link
