Babcock & Wilcox's joint venture of Babcock & Wilcox Construction Co.– a subsidiary within its power generation segment – was awarded a contract worth more than $290M to engineer, procure and construct environmental control systems for Interstate Power and Light Company’s Ottumwa Generating Station power plant in Ottumwa, Iowa. B&W’s portion of the contract includes $43M for the design and supply of environmental equipment, which B&W announced previously. | |
