13:57 EDTBUDLawsuit claims AB InBev's beer watered down, Time reports
Class-action lawsuits have been filed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and California claiming that AB InBev (BUD) beer has less alcohol than the labels list, according to Time. Each lawsuit is seeking damages of more than $5M, and other lawsuits are expected to be filed in Ohio and Colorado. The company responded by saying, "The claims against Anheuser-Busch are completely false, and these lawsuits are groundless… Our beers are in full compliance with all alcohol labeling laws."
