Brigus Gold announced that exploration in-fill drilling on the southern portion of the Black Fox Complex continues to return high-grade gold assays from the 147 Zone. The initial resource estimate for the 147 and Contact zones, as released in December 2011, added more than 50 percent to the gold resource at the Black Fox Complex. An updated resource estimate is expected to be released later this month. The 147 and Contact zones provide Brigus with near term production growth opportunities because of their proximity to the Black Fox Mine infrastructure. | |
