Immucor and IVD Acquisition Corporation, an affiliate of TPG Capital announced that Germany's Federal Cartel Office has granted clearance in connection with IVD Acquisition Corporation's previously announced transaction to acquire the Company. As announced on August 3, 2011, the condition to the transaction with respect to the expiration of the applicable waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, has been satisfied. | |
