Immucor and IVD Acquisition Corporation, an affiliate of TPG Capital announced the expiration of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended relating to IVD Acquisition Corporation's previously announced tender offer to acquire all outstanding shares of common stock of the Company. Accordingly, the condition to the tender offer with respect to the expiration of the applicable waiting periods under the HSR Act has been satisfied. | |
