06:27 EDTBDRBFBombardier announces firm order for two CSeries jetliners
Bombardier Aerospace announced that Falcon Aviation Services of Abu Dhabi has signed a firm purchase agreement for two CS300 jetliners. The transaction is a conversion of the Letter of Intent, or LOI, to acquire one CS300 aircraft and one option that was announced on February 26. When the LOI was announced, Falcon Aviation Services became the first customer for CSeries aircraft in the United Arab Emirates. Based on the list price of the CS300 aircraft, the contract is valued at approximately $153.6M.

Bombardier Transportation has won a contract to supply 162 Bombardier MOVIA metro cars to Delhi Metro Rail , or DMRC. The new trains will increase the number of DMRC's existing fleet of MOVIA metros from 614 to 776 and make it one of the largest metro fleets in the world. The order is valued at approximately $228M, and delivery will begin in 3Q16 and is expected to end in early 2018.

Bombardier announced that SpiceJet of India, Poland's LOT Polish Airlines and Abu Dhabi-based Falcon Aviation Services have signed agreements to enroll in Bombardier's Smart Parts after-market support program to provide value-added dispatch availability and cost predictability for their growing fleets of Q400 aircraft. The agreements are each for 5-year terms.
