Qatar Holding, QH, announces that it has monetised its remaining holding of 379M units of Barclays warrants as part of its active portfolio management. QHs investment in Barclays ordinary shares is unaffected by this transaction. QH remains as the largest single investor in Barclays with an unchanged 6.65% shareholding through the ordinary shares and a substantial holding of Barclays hybrid capital securities. Barclays continues to be a long term strategic investment for QH and an important commercial partner.

A U.S. judge has dismissed investor lawsuits against Barclays and certain U.S. exchanges alleging that the bank rigged its "dark pool" trading venue in favor of high-frequency traders, the Financial Times reports.
