In a regulatory filing, C. R. Bard announced that W. L. Gore & Associates filed with the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona a Request for Judicial Notice that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office granted Gore’s previously filed request for a re-examination of Bard patent number 6,436,135 which is the subject of Bard’s patent infringement suit against Gore. The company does not believe that this will materially impact the litigation proceedings. | |
