Sherertz estate to nominate seven to Barrett Business Services board
Kimberly Jacobsen Sherertz and the estate of William Sherertz disclosed that they notified Barrett Business Services of their intent that a special meeting of the stockholders of BBSI be held on February 21, 2012.
