At the yearly Mobile World Congress, BlackBerry CEO John Chen said a new, low cost smartphone planned for Southeast Asia, called the BlackBerry Z3, will retail for under $200. It will go on sale this spring in Indonesia, and then expand to the rest of the region, reports the Wall Street Journal. Reference Link
