BAE Systems (BAESY) says allegations brought to light in The Sunday Times around the company’s former chairman acquiring luxury properties linked to a Saudi defense deal have been “widely aired and fully investigated in the past” by the U.K.'s Serious Fraud Office, reported The Telegraph. BAE's spokesperson added that the company has never been charged with or convicted of any offense involving corruption in relation "to these or any other matters,” the report noted.
