Valued at $3.2M, the contract for a new open system architecture is for the first phase of DARPA’s C2E initiative.

The U.S. has developed plans to significantly increase the number of American troops in Iraq, according to Reuters, which cited unnamed U.S. officials. America, which currently has about 1,400 soldiers in the country, is looking to reinforce Iraqi troops fighting Islamic State, the news service stated.
