20:44 EDTBACNY AG won't pursue damages from BofA, Merrill case will continue, Reuters says
New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman will not pursue damages from Bank of America over its purchase of Merrill Lynch, however the attorney general plans to continue with the case, says Reuters. Schneiderman will be looking to impose sanctions on the banks former CEO Kenneth Lewis, and former CFO, Joe Price, added Reuters. Reference Link
