Axesstel announced it has reached an agreement with Wistron Neweb Corp., or WNC, to restructure $8.2M in past due accounts payable into a short- and long-term payment obligation. The Payment Confirmation Agreement dated as of Sept. 7 will result in an immediate improvement to Axesstel's working capital position. | |
