The firm thinks that the company's business in Europe is tracking well, while its competitive position is strong. It cut its price target on the shares to $38 from $50 but keeps an Outperform rating on the stock.

Raymond James downgraded HomeAway to Outperform and lowered its price target to $35 from $40 following lowered 2015 revenue and EBITDA guidance, a slower pay-per-booking revenue ramp, and the retirement of co-founder Carl Shephard and resignation of COO Brent Bellm. The firm remains positive on HomeAway long-term and views the company as an attractive takeover target.
