Digital Realty announced that its board has appointed A. William Stein as CEO and to the board, effective immediately. Stein has been serving as interim CEO since March and has served as the company's Chief Financial Officer since July 2004, as well as its Chief Investment Officer from 2004 until April 2014.

11:36 EDTBFBBrown Forman raises quarterly dividend 8.6% to 31.5c per share
Brown-Forman announced that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend on its Class A and Class B Common Stock by 8.6% to 31.5c per share from the prior quarter’s 29c per share. As a result, the indicated annual cash dividend will rise from $1.16 per share to $1.26 per share. Stockholders of record on December 4, 2014 will receive the cash dividend on December 30, 2014.

14:26 EDTAVGAVG Technologies, Google renew Internet search and advertising agreement
AVG Technologies (AVG) announced earlier it has signed a renewal of its Internet search and advertising services agreement with Google (GOOG; GOOGL). The agreement has a 16-month term. AVG Technologies advised that the company's news release earlier today included an incorrect statement of the terms of the Google contract.
