AU Optronics (AUO) is set to begin shipping 4.3-inch AMOLED panels to Sony (SNE) and HTC in June, though Samsung Mobile Display will continue to serve as the primary supplier of the components to the two, according to sources, reported DigiTimes. AUO declined to comment on individual clients but said it is ready for mass production of AMOLED panels, the report added. Reference Link
