Consensus $5.99M. The company expects to report between $11.2M-$11.4M for the 1H of FY13. Preliminary revenue for the most recent quarter represents an increase of more than 48% when compared with pro-forma revenue of $4.1M in Q2 of FY12, including the results of Hipcricket, Inc., which Augme acquired on Aug. 25, 2011. The company reported revenue of $5.1M in Q1 of FY13. Augme will report its Q2 financial results on Oct. 10. | |
