Asure Software granted appeal hearing for delisting notice
Asure Software has received a Nasdaq letter stating its stock would be delisted b November 30, for not satisfying the minimum $1 bid price per share required by listing rule 5810c3Ai. Nasdaq has granted Asure a hearing request to appeal its decision. The hearing is currently scheduled on December 10 and delisting will be suspended pursuant to the hearing. On December 17, Asure's shareholders will vote on a proposal to effect a 10-for-1 reverse split which would satisfy Nasdaq's minimum bid price per share requirement. Asure intends to present this information in December to Nasdaq's hearings panel in an effort to pursue continued listing on the Nasdaq capital market. :theflyonthewall.com
