Arrow Electronics announced that the company has amended its asset securitization program, extending maturity to March 2017 and increasing capacity to $900M. The program previously matured in December and totaled $775M. The program is led by Bank of America, as administrative agent.

Arrow Electronics has signed a definitive agreement to acquire immixGroup, Inc., a value-added distributor supporting over 800 value-added resellers, solution providers, service providers, and other public sector channel partners with specialized resources to accelerate their government sales. This acquisition is expected to be 10c-14c accretive to EPS, excluding the impact of the amortization of related intangible assets, in the first year post closing. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close at the beginning of the second quarter of 2015.

Arrow Electronics and Inforce Computing announced a global franchise agreement for Inforce Computing’s embedded solutions. Inforce Computing is a supplier of application-ready embedded hardware platforms for low-power, small footprint, and high-performance solutions based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon families of processors and chipsets. Inforce’s system-on-module, single-board-computer, development kits, and wireless technologies have enabled OEM solutions in diverse markets such as portable medical imaging, collaboration and videoconferencing, hands-free computing, robotics, and drones. Inforce leverages mobile and embedded Internet technologies to provide hardware and software support for the long term.
