Jefferies says shares of ARRIS (ARRS) traded lower yesterday following reports that Apple (AAPL) may be working with Time Warner Cable (TWC) to introduce a new set top box. Jefferies says its thesis on ARRIS shares has not changed since itís not clear Apple's product would fully replace a cable set top box. The firm also thinks Comcast (CMCSA) is very unlikely to embrace Apple TV. Jefferies keeps a Buy rating on ARRIS with a $30 price target.
