Benchmark Co. says Intel's (INTC) strategic relationship with Chinese fabless chip supplier Rockchip announced yesterday may be viewed as negative for ARM Holdings (ARMH). The firm says the press release indicated that Rockchip is going to sell Intel-based mobile application processors alongside existing ARM-based chips. The firm views the news as a "minor negative" for ARM, mostly sentiment-related, and it keeps a Hold rating on the stock.
