ARI intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay amounts outstanding under the Company's repurchase facility with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and the balance, if any, to acquire the Company's target assets, which include commercial first mortgage loans, subordinate financings, commercial mortgage-backed securities and other commercial real estate-related debt investments, and for general corporate purposes. BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and Citigroup are the joint book-running managers for the offering. JMP Securities is co-manager for the offering.
