ARC announced that it will formally change its Delaware corporate name from American Reprographics Company and will henceforth be known as ARC Document Solutions, Inc. The name change amends the company's certificate of incorporation, which was filed with the Delaware Secretary of State on December 24 to be effective December 31. The company's NYSE stock symbol, ARC, remains unchanged. | |
