On September 27, a shareholder class action complaint entitled Tara Nazarenko v. AngioDynamics, was filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York. The complaint purports to allege claims against AngioDynamics and its directors for alleged breaches of fiduciary duties in connection with the disclosures made regarding proposal 3 and proposal 5 in AngioDynamics’ proxy statement for its October 22 annual meeting of stockholders, as filed with the SEC on September 10.
