Anaren announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to an additional 1.5M shares of the company's outstanding common stock. This authorization is in addition to the approximately 40,000 shares remaining from the Board's previous authorization in May. Anaren currently has approximately 13,371,000 shares of common stock outstanding. | |
