AMD is said to be cooperating with ASMedia Technology to integrate transmission interfaces such as SATA Express IP into its next-generation platform, reports DigiTimes. According to sources from the upstream supply chain, the partnership will bring ASMedia income from licensing fees and the partnership should begin contributing profits in 2015. Reference Link

AMD (AMD) plans to launch Godavari series APUs at the end of may to compete with Intel's (INTC) Broadwell and Skylake platforms, reports DigiTimes. According to Taiwan-based supply chain makers, AMD will launch 14nm Summit Ridge APUs to be produced by Samsung (SSNLF) and Globalfoundries in 2016 and the Raven Ridge-series in 2017. Reference Link
